Jim Butin is a 10th Degree Black Belt in American Karate/Tae Kwon Do under J. Pat Burleson, and Jhoon Rhee. He owns and operates National Karate Inc since its inception in 1973 in Oklahoma City. He has competed in martial arts events all over the world and won a silver medal in the first world Tae Kwon Do championships in Seoul, Korea in 1973. He competed in Europe on the US Karate team that was comprised of himself, Joe lewis, Bill Wallace, Jeff Smith, and Howard Jackson in 1974. He won 4 National Championships in Black Belt Fighting in the Top Ten Nationals in St Louis in 1974 and 1975, the Battle of Atlanta in 1976 and the Dallas/Ft Worth Pro/Am in Ft Worth in 1980. He has won over 40 Black Belt 1st place titles from 1968 to 1992.  Jim Butin was inducted into the Budo Kai International Hall of Fame April 25, 2026

Ray McCallum was one of the best tournament and Full Contact fighters in the 1970's 80's and 90's. He was rated as one of the top fighters in the nation as a point fighter and kickboxer. Ray was posthumously inducted into the Budo Kai International Hall of Fame April 25th, 2026.
